Education programme: Democracy education and democratic organisational development

The part-time education programme offers a high-quality programme that qualifies managers and employees from schools, local authorities, non-formal education and civil society and business organisations to implement targeted forms of democratic education in their professional contexts and to initiate democratic structures, development and change processes.
