How to contact with the Landlord

For writing an application for a single apartment, some important information to share are the followings (Specially while reaching out to the private property owners):
Full name, Gender, Country of origin, smoking habits, pets owned, spoken languages, expected rent range (if not mentioned in the advertisement), contact information, reliable sources of income.

For writing an application for a shared apartment, more useful information can be added like eating and sleeping habits, hobbies, instrument etc. Generally an application for a shared apartment should be more personal and closely fitted to the described offer.
