On September 10, 2024, Prof. Dr. Thorsten Semrau, Chair of Management at the University of Trier, gave a lecture on "Engaging Employees for Change – The Role of Direct Leadership?!" at the working group of the Vereinigung Trierer Unternehmer e.V. (VTU).
The lecture focused on the role of leaders in change processes and how they can successfully engage their employees in innovations. The exchange was constructive and provided valuable insights for all participants. We sincerely thank VTU for the invitation and the opportunity for an engaging exchange.
