On December 10, 2024, Prof. Dr. Thorsten Semrau, Chair of Management at the University of Trier, gave a lecture on "Willingness to Change and the Role of Leadership" at Weinstock in Wittlich-Wengerohr. The lecture focused on the determinants of employees' willingness to change, with particular emphasis on the role of leadership.
