On January 10, 2025, Dorothee and Matthias Kreling from doKma Training visited the Organizational Design course at the Professorship for Management and conducted a team exercise with the students.
Divided into several small teams with an overarching "leader," the students aimed to generate as much "capital" as possible. The challenge was to achieve the best possible outcome within a fixed timeframe while navigating constantly changing conditions and specific constraints.
The debriefing focused on phenomena such as social loafing, social facilitation, leadership instructions, and self-coordination within the team.
