"Work in Progress“ – Research Colloquium in Anglophone Studies

On 4–5 December 2025, researchers in English and American literature will gather for a two-day research colloquium at Trier University to exchange perspectives from the Anglophone Studies departments of partner universities across the Greater Region.

The event is part of the UniGR event series “ECHO” and open to doctoral and postdoctoral researchers, as well as to experienced scholars and professors.

In line with the ECHO motto, “Connecting minds for a resonating future”, the colloquium offers a platform to strengthen a forward-looking research network across the Greater Region:

  • Presenting ongoing research projects
  • Connecting with new colleagues and institutions
  • Getting valuable feedback through peer review

  • Exploring opportunities for cross-border collaboration
