Mentoring phases

The heart of the mentoring process are the tandem meetings between mentee and mentor, which is why both should fit together as good as possible in order to be able to design the mentoring process together successfully. The selection and matching of mentors and mentees for a mentoring period is carried out by the project management on the basis of the profile sheets of both groups and, if necessary, individual interviews. It is therefore advisable, both as a mentee and as a mentor, to fill out the profile sheets in with as much detail as possible, so tandems will be able to work together.

The mentoring period can be divided into five phases. For more information on the specific schedule in the current semester - see the calendar
