The Department of Mathematics at Trier University is once again organizing a Mathematics Day for students in grades 11-13.

October 9 and 10, 2025 at Trier University from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day

The aim of the day is to experience mathematics as an exciting, lively and powerful discipline and to inspire students to shape the future with mathematics. We will present various applications of mathematics in short presentations and hands-on activities. We will also provide information on studying mathematics.

To participate, schools must register by 19.9.25 at the latest with Ms. Zwartenkot (zwartenkot@uni-trier.de), stating the name of the school, number of students and grade level, as well as the name, e-mail and cell phone number of the accompanying teaching staff.
