Information for presenters

Poster presentations: Poster format will be A0 (portrait)

Oral presentations: Talks will be 15 minutes followed by 5 min Q-A.

• Please limit your talk to 15 minutes, allowing 5 minutes for questions and discussion.

• If you plan to use your own laptop, please make sure to bring any necessary adapters. A conference laptop will also be available.

• As a precaution, please also save a copy of your presentation on a USB drive or in a cloud storage service.

• Before the start of the session, please introduce yourself to the Session Chair, confirm your attendance, and ensure that your presentation setup has been tested and is functioning correctly.
