This Fiji-plugin, written in Python, is based on open source software and accordingly it can be freely used and modified. When using the plugin for research projects a proper citation for scientific publications is wanted. Plugin operability has been tested for Fiji/ImageJ version 1.48o and Windows 8.1, nevertheless errors and crashes can occur and no warranty or liability can be offered.

There is a problem concerning the creation of the results table in newer versions of Fiji which will stop the plugin from working. A bugfix is in preparation. To use the plugin anyway, please download the Fiji (64bit) version from 2nd June 2014 and do not update at start (Link: https://imagej.net/Fiji/Downloads).
