Maria Kondra

Maria Kondra is a researcher within the WaterPower project at the Governance and Sustainability Lab at  Trier University, Germany. Within the project she focuses on political ecology of urban wetlands in the Greater Accra Metropolitan Area. The main focus lies on analyzing value articulations of ecosystem services generated in urban wetlands (Sakumo wetland and Densu delta wetland) in Greater Accra. In her Master's thesis, Maria developed a list of socio-ecological indicators for the coastal region of Bangladesh in cooperation with United Nations University (UNU) in Bonn, Germany.
