Due to the corona pandemic, many processes have changed.  You can find the answer(s) to your questions about the application and enrolment process here.

If you do not find the answer you are looking for on this page or on the main Application & Admission  information page, then please contact the Registrar’s Office (Studierendensekretariat).

Submission of documents (medical notes, BA/MA thesis, application documents, forms, etc.)

Do you have to hand in a form, document, your application documents or your BA/MA thesis? Send documents (by their respective deadline) by mail to appropriate university office!

Example: (replace “BAföG-Office” with the office that you are sending your document(s) to)

Or deposit your item in one of the two appropriate mailboxes in foyer of V-Building!
Mailbox on the left is for:

  • BAföG-Office
  • PhD Center (GUT)
  • Career Service (CS)
  • International Office (IO)
  • Room allocation
  • Scholarship Office
  • Registrar’s Office (Stusek)
  • University of the Greater Region (UniGR)
  • Student Counselling Centre (ZSB)

Mailbox on the right is for:

  • Examination office (HPA)
