Join the Summer School “The European Identity: Past, Present, and Future” (June 16–26, 2026)
We are pleased to inform you that the second edition of the Summer School “The European Identity: Past, Present, and Future”, organized by the International Office of the University of Strasbourg, will take place from June 16th to 26th, 2026.
During these two weeks, you will attend high-quality interdisciplinary courses exploring various aspects of European culture, politics, law, history, and society, taught by renowned professors and researchers with international experience. This broad range of topics will help you develop a deeper understanding of European integration, governance, and global challenges. Academic courses will be complemented by meetings and discussions with representatives of European institutions, as well as guided tours, offering you the chance to discover the unique cultural heritage of the Strasbourg region – located at the very heart of Europe.
Please note that participation in the Summer School is subject to a fee. However, funding or scholarship opportunities may be available, which participants are encouraged to research and apply for independently.
Moreover, participation can be recognized for the Advanced Mobility Level at the University of Trier, even though the Summer School itself is not graded.
