Information for Speakers & Poster Presentations

Posters

The poster walls at the venue can accommodate posters up to a size of A0 (1189mm x 841mm). Please prepare your poster in portrait format as poster walls may not be wide enough for landscape. 

Poster walls will be made available on day one (12th March) upon registration (from 12:00). You will find the name of the first author of your poster on a note your designated poster wall. Please remove your poster before 20:00 on day one. Posters which are not removed from the poster walls after this time may be removed and disposed of by the venue. 

Talks

Talks should be prepared in PowerPoint. We provide windows laptops for presentations. Please approach us with a USB-Stick with your presentation either at the registration desk or during the break before your dedicated session (at least 20 min in advance). If you wish to use your own device, please let us know in advance on the registration desk. Please make sure you bring an appropriate adapter if your device does not support HDMI. 

Talks, unless otherwise communicated, must not exceed 15-20 min.
