Early bird tickets are available till 30 June.

Note: There needs to be one registered participant per paper. 

Participants requiring a letter of invitation for visa purposes may request one. This invitation letter is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide financial support but may serve as proof of the travel purpose of the visa applicant.

A letter of invitation can only be provided by the organizer of the congress by email as a PDF attachment, and only to registered participants and authors. Letters for other persons, e.g., family members, cannot be issued.

It should be understood that the organizers can only issue an invitation which includes the time of the conference plus the days directly before and after the conference.
