Holger Steinmetz von der Professur für Unternehmensführung (Prof. Block) hat mit Kollegen von der Universität Paderborn und der Leuphana Lüneburg eine neue Meta-Analyse über die Rolle von “entrepreneurial passion” im Journal “Applied Psychology” veröffentlicht. In der Studie analyisieren sie mittels eines meta-analytischen Strukturgleichungsmodelle, über welche Prozessschritte Passion die unternehmerische Effektivität beeinflussst. Zudem zeigen, sie über Moderatoranalysen, dass die Kernbeziehungen des Modells sehr robust sind über eine Reihe von ökonomischen, kulturellen und institutionellen Rahmenbedingungen.

Holger Steinmetz from the Chair of Business Management (Prof. Block) has published a new meta-analysis on the role of “entrepreneurial passion” in the journal *Applied Psychology* in collaboration with colleagues from the University of Paderborn and Leuphana University Lüneburg. In the study, they use a meta-analytic structural equation model to analyze the process steps through which passion influences entrepreneurial effectiveness. Furthermore, they demonstrate through moderator analyses that the core relationships of the model are highly robust across a range of economic, cultural, and institutional contexts.
