Ab dem kommenden Wintersemester bieten wir im Master die neue Spezialisierung Strategy and Innovation an.
Hierzu müssen die folgenden Veranstaltungen belegt werden:
a) “Strategic Management I”:
The class covers interdisciplinary knowledge and skills required for strategic management from an external, market-based perspective. Classes cover selected topics about the institutional foundations of strategy and on how and why companies evolve from a strategic point of view. This includes concepts and insights related to dynamics in strategy, game theory, network economics, competition, company growth, internationalizaton, and downsizing. (digital)
b) “Innovation Management I”:
The class covers interdisciplinary knowledge and skills required for the management of innovations from an external, market-based perspective. It comprises topics such as innovation types, sources of innovation, appropriation of innovation rents, patent and IP management, open and user innovation, innovation marketing and eco-innovations. Tutorial sessions and guest lectures by practitioners may be offered to deepen the knowledge about particular concepts. (digital)
