Robot Pepper

In the context of a master course, we conducted a project in collaboration with the Studierendenwerk Trier, considering the impact of using humanoid robots in service sectors on employees. Additionally, as part of preparing the participating master's students for the job market, the project aims to impart digital competencies. The project is supported by the Nikolaus Koch Foundation.
Career choices of young adults

We empirically investigate the career choices of young adults, surveying students and apprentices by means of qualitative and quantitative data.

Funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), we investigate effects of using a foreign language on creative processes within teams. Experiments are conducted both in person and online.
Entrepreneurship education

The goal of entrepreneurship education is to raise awareness among students and pupils about the topic of entrepreneurship, provide them with information and skills, and thereby prepare them for the challenges associated with entrepreneurial ventures and intrapreneurial skills alike. Several current projects focus on entrepreneurship education at various stages of the educational system and with distinct foci.
