On Whitsunday, International Museum Day, the mini edition of the popular
popular "Mathe erFassen" (http://mathe-erfassen.uni-trier.de) exhibition (organized by the Mathematics Department in cooperation
with the Ada Lovelace Project) attracted 1200 visitors to the Museum Simeonstift (https://museum-trier.de).
There, young and old alike were able to follow Ada the dragon or estimate the number of
number of Smarties of sweet mathematics.
In addition, 10 other mathematical exhibits were on display, inviting visitors to think and interact.

The exhibition "Mathe erFassen" (http://mathe-erfassen.uni-trier.de)
was visited by around 5000 people in 2023 and is not expected to return to the
2026 again at the University of Trier.
