Our office

The iZ office not only serves as a meeting place for all team members, but is also a place that is always open to anyone interested in the iZ.

Where is our office?

On foot: Our office is located at the beginning of the "Im Treff" shopping arcade on the bridge behind the university's C building. It is at number 17.

By bus: Our office is a 5-10-minute walk from both the University South and University bus stops.

By car: Our office is located directly at the end of the parking lot.

Management

Board

The international Centre is managed by our board.

Administration: Thomas

The administration manages the day-to-day operations of the International Center. They are the first point of contact for many inquiries, both within and outside the team. They support the board in carrying out its tasks and ensure that no information or inquiries are lost. As the central person within the association, they coordinate ongoing activities. The administration plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our association.

Events: Lisa and Nico

Lisa and Nico coordinate the planning and implementation of the International Center's events. This includes annual events, such as participation in the University of Trier's summer festival and the i.Z. Winter Hut, as well as events that take place several times during the semester and are specifically designed to connect with international students.

Internal Affairs: Cassandra und Alina

Cassandra and Alina oversee our team's collaboration as internal consultants. They are responsible for the content direction of our projects and optimize processes within the entire iZ team.

Finance: Paul und Patrick

As financial officers, Paul and Patrick are responsible for the finances and administration of the International Center. They coordinate the association's budget and also manage our association's membership directory.

Public relations: Emily

Emily manages the website and social media accounts, primarily Facebook and Instagram. She also designs information and promotional materials, as well as brochures for current iZ events and projects.

Both complement the board as representatives of the Office for International Students and the General Student Committee at Trier University, respectively. They ensure that the RASt, the AStA, and we coordinate our activities.
