For e-exams, the time slots and rooms are assigned centrally by the e-learning office after the registration deadline and subsequently announced in Porta or communicated via the lecturers. For oral exams, the time slots and rooms will be communicated by the professor's secretary after the registration deadline.

Please note that you may only take exams in modules that are part of your respective FPO. Not all exams listed here have been added to PORTA yet—the HPA will do so in due course.

Written and oral exams: Registration in PORTA is open until 14 days before the exam

Portfolio exams: Registration in PORTA is open until one day before the exam

Please also note the different withdrawal deadlines (see the current APO on the HPA website—withdrawal must be completed by 7 days before the exam for oral exams and written exams; withdrawal must be completed by 1 day before the exam for portfolio exams)!
