RIAG - Research Institute for Applied Geoinformatics
The Trier Research Institute for Applied Geoinformatics is part of the Faculty VI - Regional and Environmental Sciences, Cluster Geoinformatics, of Trier University.
Prof. Dr. Thomas Udelhoven is the President of the Institute.
Dr. Henning Buddenbaum is the Director of the Institute.
The scientific advisory board consists of:

- Dr. Martin Schlerf (Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology, LIST)

Services
RIAG offers services in the fields of remote sensing and geoinformatics, such as satellite data time series analysis, aerial surveys with our HySpex hyperspectral camera, and land use classifications.
