Alexandra Seidel

My name is Alexandra Seidel and I successfully completed my degree in psychology at the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg in April 2019. Since 2019, I have been completing my further training as a psychotherapist (VT) and I am also doing my doctorate at the German Centre for Prevention Research and Mental Health (DZPP) in the project "DUDE - You and Your Emotions". In this project, a universal school training programme is being developed and evaluated, which is intended to contribute to the promotion of mental health and the prevention of mental illness in participating young people by strengthening their emotion regulation.
