Organisation-Teams

Outside of the seminar, the delegates will work in an organizational team. These organize various aspects of the program, such as the accommodation at and travelling to the conferences. Further responsibilities include the writing of a final report and fundraising.

In the TriMUN-Delegation 2025/26 there will be three Organization-Teams:

 

Public Relations

The Public Relations-Team is concerned with the public perception of the project. It manages the social media presence of TriMUN and administrates the various social media accounts. To increase public recognition of the project, the team may contact press outlets, radio or TV channels. Additionally, the team manages the organization of smaller fundraising activities.

 

Travel and Finance

The Travel and Finance-Team is responsible for the planning of our participation in the various simulations, which includes accommodation and travelling to the location. With TriMUN, delegates travel, among others, to Erfurt, Weimar and New York. The Travel and Finance-Team manages the delegation’s finances and collects the participation fee.

Another critical responsibility of the Travel and Finance-Team is the contact with sponsors who support TriMUN financially as well as the recruitment of further sponsors.

 

Final Report

The main task of the Final Report-Team is to write reports about the experiences of the delegation at different simulations and throughout the program. These reports describe the process, impressions and events during the simulations. Finally, all the reports are bundled into a comprehensive report on the program. Furthermore, the team is assigned some smaller tasks such as the organization of TriMUN-Merchandise.
