Dr. Holger Steinmetz

Forschung und Lehre

Holger Steinmetz ist Arbeitspsychologe mit methodischem Schwerpunkt. Sein Fokus liegt auf Strukturgleichungsmodellen und kausaler Inferenz, Meta-Analysen und Machine Learning. Daneben beschäftigt er sich mit Fragen der Arbeitspsychologie, des Entrepreneurship und der kreuzkulturellen Forschung.

In der Lehre ist er verantwortlich für die methodische Ausbildung im Master BWL und hält die Vorlesung "Statistik Refresher". Zudem bietet er im Sommersemester das Modul im freien Wahlbereich "Business Analytics" an, im dem es um die Anwendung von Machine learning im betrieblichen Kontext geht. Ab WS 24 ist zudem das Master-Modul "AI and sustainability" geplant, in dem es um die Anwendung künstlicher Intelligenz in Anwendungsbereichen der Nachhaltigkeit geht.
