The lecture is designed as a flipped-classroom event in the winter semester. I will make the full lecture available to you on stud.ip as video podcasts.Classroom events are held on campus every two weeks; the schedule can be found in the lecture reader on stud.ip. You will use the video podcasts and the recommended readings they contain to prepare for the classroom sessions. Afterwards, I will be available for questions and will also repeat and deepen selected aspects of the video podcasts in conversation with you. In addition, the acquired knowledge will be practically applied in the discussion of a BGH-decision.
The scientific focus of the event will be supplemented and deepened by the Trier Talks on Law and Digitalisation of the Institute for Ditial Law Trier (IRDT).

The lecture Intellectual Property II in the summer semester 2024 is designed as a flipped classroom event. The entire lecture will be made available to you as a video podcast on stud.ip. Face-to-face events will take place on campus every fortnight. You will use the video podcasts and the recommended literature they contain to prepare for the classroom sessions. You can ask questions about the prepared units in the face-to-face event. Afterwards, selected aspects of the video podcasts will be repeated and deepened in a discursive discussion. In addition, the acquired knowledge will be practically applied in a discussion of a BGH judgement.
