Are other people in your circle affected?

Dealing sensitively with sexual harassment is part of the management task for all supervisors and lecturers.

• Make it unmistakably clear to the person harassing that the behavior is inappropriate!
• Make yourself available as a witness or as an ally the victim can speak with!
• Seek out a conversation with the victim!
• Offer the victim your support!
• Do not undertake anything without the consent of the victim!
• In case of questions or if you are uncertain, contact the Sexual Harassment, Discrimination or Violence Counselling Center at Trier University!
