B. 4-Tage-Woche), und deren Konsequenzen für individuelle Karriereverläufe und organisationale Kontexte
- Entrepreneurship Education und Role Models: Untersuchung der Wirkung von Bildungsmaßnahmen und unternehmerischen Vorbildern auf zentrale psychologische Zielgrößen wie unternehmerische Intention und Selbstwirksamkeit sowie auf Entscheidungsverhalten im Gründungskontext auf Basis sozial-kognitiver Ansätze
