Trier University would like to support postdoctoral researchers with a needs-oriented information, advice and further qualification program to further develop their academic skills and support them in the targeted planning of their professional careers both within and outside academia.
In particular, the funding program offers a wide range of opportunities to strengthen skills in the development and implementation of independent research programs and to expand expertise in the leadership and management of projects with a view to taking on leadership roles. Funding opportunities for further qualification in teaching, the supervision of doctoral candidates and self-administration help to promote existing skills in university didactics and science management.
