We are dedicated to the following topics in teaching, research and practical transfer:

We offer a range of courses as part of our Bachelor's and Master's programs in Business Administration, providing students with a solid foundation in key concepts and processes. Our curriculum is grounded in scientifically supported knowledge, ensuring that students gain deep, evidence-based insights that are both practical and academically rigorous. In addition to business administration courses, we also offer methodologically focused courses, such as statistics for business administration, machine learning, and business analytics.

Our research is centered on a quantitative-empirical approach, utilizing data from surveys, experiments, and objective sources like balance sheets or patents. We apply rigorous quantitative methods, such as regression analysis, structural equation modeling, meta-analyses, and conjoint analysis, to evaluate this data. The findings from our research are regularly published in leading international scientific journals.

We collaborate with industry partners both regionally and beyond on various projects, fostering practical, real-world applications. As part of these collaborations, we also offer students the opportunity to write their theses in partnership with industry partners.
