Call for applications for the “PhD Candidate and Parent” funding program

PhD Candidate and Parent

The Graduate Center of Trier University (GUT) is once again announcing the funding program “PhD Candidate and Parent”. The aim of this program is to support PhD candidates who are exposed to multiple burdens due to raising children and doing a doctorate by providing them with an assistant. This assistant supports the funded PhD candidates by carrying out auxiliary scientific activities, such as library loans, laboratory work, reviewing material or proofreading. The program is funded by Trier University to promote a family-friendly university.

The application deadline is Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
