Sebastian Müller is a doctoral student, research and teahingc assistant under Prof. Dr. Eva Martha Eckkrammer and Prof. Dr. Andre Klump in the field of Romance Linguistics and Media Studies at the Trier University.
Sebastian Müller studied his Bachelor's degree in Romance Languages, Literatures and Media (Spanish and Italian, and to a lesser extent French) at the University of Mannheim from 2018 to 2023 and spent a year abroad at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia in Bogotá, Colombia, from 2021 to 2022. He completed his Master's degree in Romance Studies: Language, Literature, Culture (Spanish & Italian) at the Trier University in 2024. During his studies, he worked for two years as a student assistant in the Department of Romance Languages and Media Studies at the University of Mannheim. In addition, he taught the compulsory tutorial 'Introduction to Spanish Linguistics and Media Studies' as a tutor. From 2023 to 2024 he was a research assistant in Romance Linguistics and Media Studies at the University of Mannheim and completed a lectureship there in 2024. Since 2023, he has been a research assistant in Romance Linguistics and Media Studies at the Trier University and has been doing his doctorate on the Creole language Papiamentu in social media since 2024.
