Mentoring for Career Planning
The mentoring program “Career Planning for Female Researchers” is part of the Equal Opportunity Unit and offers female junior professors a formalized exchange of experience on questions relating to their own career development. It is aimed at female junior professores who want to actively shape their careers, get to know and better exploit their resources and who are interested in new motivation and exchanging experiences.
The focus is on one-to-one mentoring with someone who is experienced in academics and research. We offer a modular program, which includes not only the mentoring relationship but also qualification measures and networking opportunities.
