Lisa Marie Dillmann

I am a member of the VERA-8 English project team (Vergleichsarbeiten in Jahrgangsstufe 8) and the BiStaTest English project team (Testaufgabenentwicklung, Normierung und Entwicklung von Kompetenzstufenmodellen zu den weiterentwickelten Bildungsstandards im Primarbereich und in der Sekundarstufe I) in cooperation with the Institut zur Qualitätsentwicklung im Bildungswesen in Berlin. 

In VERA-8 English, we accompany and supervise the development of language tests aimed at assessing listening and reading skills of students in year 8. In the BiStaTest English project, English language tasks are being developed to be used in future Bildungstrends based on the new Bildungsstandards für die erste Fremdsprache (Englisch/Französisch) für den Ersten und den Mittleren Schulabschluss developed in 2023. 

Before joining the TEFL department in 2019 I was involved in various projects in the Linguistics department, did editorial work on several publications, performed corpus data processing and conducted research in the fields of corpus linguistics, sociolinguistics and multilingualism. Some further research interests include second/foreign language acquisition, code switching and discourse studies.

I hold an M.A. in English Linguistics and Chinese Culture and Communication Studies from Trier University.
