We are happy to announce that Tammy Ganster (PhD student in English Linguistics, supervised by Sabine Arndt-Lappe) won the First Prize for Best Conference Paper at the 55th Annual Meeting of the Societas Linguistica Europaea in Bucharest! The winning paper explores how individual differences in morphological processing and vocabulary size can predict variable stress placement in English complex words. Congratulations!
