Welcome to your first semester in the English studies department at Trier University. We hope to meet you in person at our orientation session and hope you'll explore our website for all the important information you need to start your degree program.
Students starting their bachelor's degree will need to sign up for the following classes in their first semester. You'll get all the details at orientation or through updated information posted in the links below.

Dept of English Studies "Ersties" Orientation (for undergraduates):
In "Audimax", Campus I, from 5 - 7 pm on 12th Oct.
All new Bachelor's students are invited to learn more about the department as a whole and their degree program!

17:15 – 17:55 Introduction to Studying Literature, Linguistics, TEFL and LANG
17:55 – 18:05 Information about Library
18:05 – 18.15 Introduction to the Fachschaftsrat Anglistik
18:15 – 19:00 Fachstudienberatung for the BA HF, BA NF, B.Ed. programs

Dept of English Studies Master’s Students Meet & Greet
In Hörsaal 2, Campus I, from 3 - 4 pm on 12th Oct.
All new Master's-level students are invited to join this informal orientation and welcome session!
