Taiwan Insight and Taiwan Studies Program, University of Nottingham

A good network is often the basis for research. Between 19 and 22 July 2022, Dr Josie-Marie Perkuhn met her colleague Dr Chun-Yi Lee 李駿怡, who is both Director of the Taiwan Studies Programme at the School of Politics and International Relations at the University of Nottingham and, with her team of editors, promotes the online website Taiwan Insight for a fact-based exchange of information on Taiwan. The networking trip provided an opportunity to discuss TAP's agenda in more detail and to explore future academic cooperation. Contacts with the international academic community are central to the structural networking of the collaborative project.
