TAP @ Iserlohner Kreis 2023

The Iserlohn Circle met on July 22 and 23, 2023. This year, Dr. Josie-Marie Perkuhn contributed to the conference with expert input on "Innovative Taiwan: The case of digital democracy" from the TAP project. The conference group is composed of young scholars working on social science approaches to China from different disciplines. This year, Dr. Thomas Zimmer (Tongji University) gave a key note in the evening with impressions of the changed scientific landscape in China, stimulating a lively discussion about future cooperation, China as a location for research in the cultural and social sciences, and publication activities.
