As part of the 2025 TAP Workshop, Prof. Dr. Kwei-Bo Huang (黃奎博) from the Department of Diplomacy, National ChengChi University (Taiwan, R.O.C.), will deliver a keynote speech titled:

"Taiwan in Geopolitical Uncertainties: The Clear and Present Danger with Possible Turning Points"

The workshop addresses the impact of global geopolitical changes on national security thinking. It explores whether internal and external strategies or policies can help Taiwan avoid potential risks while strengthening its geopolitical importance and international attractiveness.
