The following documents are needed for an application for the Erasmus-programme at Trier University. You have to hand them in at the International Office!

Programme list (Partner universities)

• Parallel applications for different countries are possible (ranking on programme list)
• normally it is also possible to take courses in minor subjects
• current programme list is available in the Download area

Application form

• Online Application
• Letter of application (PDF) has to be printed out twice and handed in with picture
• Online-Application-Portal of the International Office

Curriculum vitae

• max. 2 pages

Letter of Motivation

• referred to first request, approx. 500 words

List of the so far taken courses

• PORTA printout (Student service => Reports => Notenspiegel)

Language test

• in January/February every year in the teaching language of the particular country (spanish, french, italian) or for the other countries english (the dates can be found on the website of the language center)
