A French SME is willing to build a tool able to pilot/manage software development processes (from specification to development and tests, taking into account quality processes), as integration of quality process is now necessary to collaborative software development. Its project aims at providing a toolset capable of modelling the software development process, in order to formalise and document it. This project is currently at an inception phase. The SME is looking for a set of know-how and knowledge in the definition of on-the-shelf pieces of software processes. These on-the-shelf pieces must be easy to customize and to assemble in customer contexts. This know-how could integrate a tool supporting distributed report of human resources.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
The requested technology is a set of knowledge in software process consultancy, related to the definition of processes and the project reporting management. A tool supporting the reporting or some other aspects of software process support will be an added value.
