This firm is looking for a methodology supported on relevant software tool, for an integral innovation management system. This should be applicable to both, industrial and service sectors.
The methodology and supporting application should provide guidelines and instructions for setting up, following up and managing the innovation activities within the firm.
The activities to be covered by the software solution shall consider actions lines in the field of technology forecast, technology foresight, analysis of market trends, management of innovation actions, management of RTD actions, etc. These activities to be covered shall be applicable to innovation in product and in process.
In addition to the management and monitoring of the innovation process activities, the system should be capable of estimating (although roughly) the impact of the activities within the business overall activity.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
The tool/system sought shall have an interface structure similar to the Balanced Scorecard solution. This should permits the user to have a wide general picture of the evolution of the whole process, enabling the immediate access to detailed information.
