A Spanish company is looking for a system that allows search for a voice pattern within an audio signal. The ideal system will be a piece of software that makes the conversion speech-to-text. It would be software for voice recognition and patterns of audio in real time. It must support that several audio cards work simultaneously and must allow making the system configuration remotely. The comparison pattern might be generated in central equipment and be sent to the rest of equipment. It must support several languages including Spanish. It must detect tones of different frequencies.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
It is necessary that it provide an API (Application Program Interface) for its integration in mobile telephony applications for Windows 2000. The system will be used to improve the system of measurement of voice quality.
