The team of Prof. Dr. Birgit Peters, chairholder for public law, especially public international law and European Union law, is thrilled to welcome Professor James R. May, a leading expert in climate litigation and environmental rights, right here on campus.
Professor May has been at the forefront of holding governments and corporations accountable through groundbreaking legal cases that tackle climate change head-on. He's also the founder of Global Environmental Rights Institute ans has authored over 20 books on environmental and human rights law.
This is a rare chance to hear from someone making a real impact in the fight for climate justice.
