A Lithuanian SME is looking for technology and equipment for household waste screening. The company is operator of a town landfill that has to be closed until year 2009. The amount of generated waste approximately 7000 ton per year. The company is looking for technology and equipment as well partners with expertise on waste screening platforms for small landfills.
Materials that have to be screened and sorted from the waste flow are: paper and cardboard, glass, metal, PET (polyethylene terephthalate), other plastics and biodegradable materials.
The company is energy supplier and at the same time landfill operator - thus they would like to find the most effective way to convert waste into energy, so solving as well waste management and disposal problems.
