At present there is a need to inform drivers of driving time in
big cities. The driving time depends on the traffic situation and
differs during the day (most traffic jams are in the morning and late afternoon).
The system that the SME is interested in building should work in real time
and should be accessible either via Internet or (for example) SMS.
Generally speaking drivers in cities or elsewhere should have the possibility of getting the information of how long it takes to travel from point A to point B during the time that the driver wishes to travel.
