This software must be able to understand e-mail texts and reply to them choosing the appropriate answer from a predefined database. This tool has to: read the mail texts that are in the inbox using predefined keywords, reply to the e-mail choosing from a few answer texts that have been created before, send the reply. Moreover it must alert the user when it is not able to answer to an email because there is not any appropriate and predefined answer text. In this case the software must store the new case in order to use it in the future.

The software must be based on standard technologies that can be integrated with predefined architecture, both web and database. The tool must be installed with a plug-in modality. The system must be easy to manage so users that are not experts in the field of information technology can use it.
