SUMMER COURSE ON EC COMPETITION LAW

This five-day summer course will provide an insight into competition policy and examine the effective application of the EC Treaty provisions and secondary legislation.

• Licensing Agreements for the Transfer of Technology

• Public Undertakings and Competition

• EC Merger Control

• State Aid Control

 

A workshop will pay particular attention to ECJ case-law related to competition matters.
