The Programme and the stipend:

 

The Woodrow Wilson Center annually awards residential fel-lowships to scholars and practitioners with outstanding propos-als in the social sciences and humanities that relate to public policy. Fellows receive a stipend, which includes round-trip transportation. They come to Washington for the U.S. academic year (September 2006 through May 2007). In Washington, they work out of private offices at the Center, where they interact with policymakers and with Center staff who work on similar issues.

 

Entry requirements:

 

Scholars of any nationality who have the required background and a very good command of English may apply.
