Together with Christian Jaster and Prof. Dr. Mühlfeld, Prof. Dr. Semrau moderated a workshop on "Leadership in Times of Skilled Labor Shortages" as part of the Entrepreneur Forum Wittlich on October 25, 2019.

During the workshop, the participants used an instrument developed at the University of Trier (MotivSORT) to identify individually important motivations and discuss their generalizability across entire generations. According to feedback from the participants, the event provided valuable insights that they could apply to their daily work within their companies and organizations.
